A VARIETY OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES ALONGSIDE YOUR TRAINING

Well aware of the different stakes that sport represents on health but also on intellectual performance and on the social aspect, Astonfly integrates in its theoretical training, 2 hours of sport per week. It is an opportunity for our students to decompress, to surpass themselves and to create links between them through the practice of physical activities.

The benefits of sport are well established. Astonfly offers you the choice of several sports activities included in the cost of your training: Badminton, Boxing, Futsal, Gymnastics/ Pilate, Judo, Tennis, Yoga, Zumba, Climbing, Basketball and Volleyball (depending on availability).
