A VARIETY OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES ALONGSIDE YOUR TRAINING

Being well aware of the different effects that sport has on health but also on intellectual performance
and the social aspect, Astonfly incorporates in its Integrated ATP training two compulsory hours of sport each week.
This is an opportunity for our students to relax, to surpass themselves and to create bonds between each other through the practice of physical activities.

Astonfly offers the choice between several compulsory sport disciplines in the immediate vicinity of the training centre: Badminton, Boxing, Futsal, Gymnastics / Pilates, Judo, Tennis, Yoga, Zumba, Climbing, Basketball and Volleyball (depending on availabilities)
